FITNESS CLASSES AT THE RISING SUN-OHIO COUNTY SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER
Having a Ball- (Tuesdays at 7-7:45p)
In this class all exercises will be performed with a stability ball. This class is designed to strengthen tone & stretch your entire body from head to toe. You will also be using other equipment in conjunction with the stability ball to accomplish your goals & receive results. So don’t be fooled bring your towel & a water bottle. Class is taught by Brenda
Cardio Confusion- (Wednesdays at 5:45-6:30p)
This is a combination of different type cardio exercises including intervals & kickboxing performed for 30-60 second time frames designed to raise & lower your heart rate for a fabulous fat burner workout. This class is suitable for any level participant, so bring your water, prepare to sweat & most of all HAVE FUN. Class is taught by Deena.
Tone & Tighten- (Wednesdays at 6:45-7:30p)
Lift weights & use your body weight to firm and shape the arms, chest, back, hips, thighs and abs. Participants will work with hand weights & their own body weight to improve muscle tone, flexibility and posture. Balls and resistance bands may also be used to accomplish our goals. Class is taught by Deena.
Yoga for All- (Thursdays at 9-9:45a)
Stretch, tone, strengthen, breathe, relieves stress and energize with yoga sequences. Use light weights and balls to improve overall health and wellness. Class is taught by Brenda.
Silver Exercise- (Thursdays at 10-10:45a) A chair based class using a variety of equipment paired with low impact moves to improve flexibility, strength and muscle endurance. Class taught by Brenda.
