There will be a First Time Home Buyers Clinic Sat. June 13 from 10 am-12 Noon at Heritage Hall, Main Street, Rising Sun.  The program is designed for people who have never bought a home but are considering it and wonder how to go about it.  The Clinic will also talk about how to deal with bad credit and how to curtail credit card spending.
