An upcoming exhibit at Pendleton Art Center lets artists express themselves about Rising Sun.  Returning to the Pendleton Art Center this September is the “Postcards from Rising Sun” exhibit.  Let your artistic expression come to life as you create a picture post card representing the beauty of Rising Sun and Ohio County.
The rules are as follows:  Adults 18 and over, should be an original piece, all media accepted.  Entries must be  two dimensional 5 x 7 inches,and suitable for reproduction. Each artist may submit up to five entries.  Framing is not required but a mat or appropriate finish is appreciated.
