Purdue University’s College of Technology presents their Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS) Program designed for the working professional at The Education Center of Rising Sun at 591 Smart Drive.  This certificate program is designed for students who are working and also attending school part time, giving them the opportunity for professional development without interrupting family and work obligations.  After completing the certificate program students have the option to continue their studies since all the  courses taken for the OLS certificate program count toward associate and bachelor degrees in OLS.

The advantages of the OLS program at The Education Center of Rising Sun is small class size, OLS credentials fit a wide array of leadership and managerial programs and positions, faculty with industry experience, and a world class education close to home.

Classes this fall are OLS 252 Human Behavior in Organizations, OLS 274 Applied Leadership, and OLS 284 Leadership Principles.
