Returning to the Pendleton Art Center this September is the “Postcards from Rising Sun” exhibit. Let your artistic expression come to life as you create a picture post card representing the beauty of Rising Sun and Ohio County.
The rules are as follows: Adults 18 and over, should be an original piece, all media accepted. Entries must be two dimensional 5 x 7 inches,and suitable for reproduction. Each artist may submit up to five entries. Framing is not required, but, a mat or appropriate finish is appreciated.
