During the month of September, the Pendleton Art Center will have an exhibit showing postcards from Rising Sun.  Art work is shown in a variety of media deplicting scenes of Ohio County, Ohio River, and Rising Sun.
Four winners were selected to have their work made into a postcard suitable for mailing along with $100.  Come on out to the Pendleton to view these small works of art.  The exhibit will run through September 30.
